Hygenic® Extruded Natural Rubber Tubing is made from dry natural rubber. Natural rubber has excellent flexibility, resilience (recovery after stretching), tear resistance, abrasion resistance and compression set with a characteristic odor.
Hygenic® Natural Rubber Tubing is available in formulas designed for success in a wide range of applications including (but not limited to): welding hose, laboratory tubing (air, water, vacuum and Bunsen burner lines), dental equipment and medical tubing.
This product is manufactured in the US with equipment that can produce a wide variety of sizes and shapes including custom profiles. The resulting products are talc free with tight dimensional tolerances.

• Custom Colors: We can create a formula to match the desired Pantone.
• Custom Printing: We offer custom printing on most tubing, cord, and sheeting products. This printing can include both words and logos. Our team can assist in determining the optimal size, font, and spacing to suit your product. Printing is available in both white and black ink.
• Fragrance/Scent: We can add fragrances/scents to mask the product’s natural odor– vanilla is the most commonly used.
• Ranges from 500 to 3,000 feet (152-914 meters) depending on the tubing inner diameter.
• Minimum annual volumes may also apply.
