HYSYNAL® Synthetic Rubber Sheeting is made from synthetic polyisoprene, a polymer known to have similar properties to natural rubber but without the associated natural rubber allergens. Like natural rubber, it offers excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance and compression set.
This sheeting is formulated for excellent flexibility and resilience making it perfect for applications requiring repeated stretch and recovery, such as tourniquet straps, leg and neck straps, Esmark bandages and compression bandages.

• Custom Colors: We can create a formula to match the desired Pantone.
• Fragrance/Scent: We can add fragrances/scents to mask the product’s natural odor– vanilla is the most commonly used.
• Custom Printing: We offer custom printing on most tubing, cord, and sheeting products. This printing can include both words and logos. Our team can assist in determining the optimal size, font, and spacing to suit your product. Printing is available in both white and black ink.
• Minimum order quantity is 15,000 feet (4,572 meters) but will vary based on product dimensions.
