Like natural rubber, it offers excellent stretch and recovery.

Hyperform® Thermoplastic Elastomeric Sheeting is made from a thermoplastic compound formulated to mimic the excellent stretch and recovery properties of natural rubber latex but without the associated latex allergens. It has high elongation and good abrasion resistance with little to no odor. This polymer can be more easily bonded to different substrates than thermoset rubbers. Bonding options include such things as heat and, in some cases, ultrasonic welding. ​

Hyperform® Sheeting is talc free and unlike synthetic polyisoprene, is clear/ translucent when unpigmented.​
