Custom Polyurethane Forming

At Hygenic, we have the ability to mold liquid polyurethane for hardness and performance.

This material can be custom colored and molded in round or oblong shapes from 1”x1” to 12”x12” (25.4mm x 25.4mm to 30.5 cm x 30.5 cm)

Some of our custom formed products include torque dampeners, vibration and shock dampeners, and hand exercise balls for TheraBand®.
