Quality Assurance

Since 1930 The Hygenic Corporation® has been manufacturing and delivering products of the highest quality standards.  We do that by having trained Quality Assurance inspectors using the latest state of the art techniques and equipment.   

We use a laser measuring system on our tubing to ensure specifications are met.  

Our QA inspectors use a computerized record keeping system for their inspections and the records are retained for a minimum of 7 years on all lots we produce.  

We also perform physical property testing that includes tensile, elongation, and durometer.
