Custom Polyurethane Forming

Hygenic® can custom mold liquid polyurethane for hardness and performance.  

This material can be custom colored and made in various shapes and sizes from 1”x1” to 12” x 12” (25.4mm x 25.4mm to 30.5cm x 30.5cm).  

The shapes can be round, square, oblong, star – just about any shape can be molded.  

Some of the products that we have made are used for torque dampeners, vibration and shock dampening, street cleaning equipment,  hand exercise balls, and mouse pads.
