Hysynal Tubing

HYSYNAL® Synthetic Polyisoprene Tubing is a latex-free tubing product that has been successfully tested to the ISO10993 standard for various medical applications. It is manufactured with less curvature than is usually associated with latex or natural rubber tubing. HYSYNAL tubing is latex protein free and bonds easily to plastic fittings. It is resilient and abrasion-resistant, with good low-temperature flexibility and is non-toxic. Its physical properties more closely match natural rubber latex tubing than TPE or other synthetic types of tubing. This tubing is manufactured on a custom order basis to your unique requirements and specifications. We can provide this tubing cut to short lengths with tight tolerances. Custom printing is also available.

Q: Is HYSYNAL® Tubing any better in outdoor applications than natural rubber tubing?
Because it is a man made material that was created to mimic the same physical properties as natural rubber, it is slightly better than natural rubber latex but still not recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure.


Q: What sizes are available?
It is available in many various ID/Wall combinations from 0.075 ID to 1.25 OD (1.90mm ID to 31.75mm OD).
