Hygenic’s natural rubber solid cord is manufactured from dry natural rubber. Our proprietary manufacturing process allows us to make cord with no detectable levels of surface proteins. Because we compound and mix our own rubber, we can offer many different formulations to meet your requirements. We offer a wide variety of sizes of natural rubber cord from outer diameters of 0.040” to 2.0” (1.02mm to 50.8mm). Since all of our solid cord is manufactured on a custom order basis, it can be made in your custom color. Cord can be cut to size and packaged as specified by our customers. We can also provide custom printing.
