HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing

HYSYNAL© Synthetic Rubber Tubing

Hysynal Tubing

HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing is latex protein free tubing that has been successfully tested to the ISO 10993 standard for various medical applications. Because HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber is a non-latex rubber product, it is the choice for material when latex allergies are a concern. And because it is a petrochemical material source, it is suitable for food contact, as well as medical applications.

HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing bonds easily to plastic fittings and is manufactured with less curvature than is usually associated with latex or natural rubber tubing. The physical properties of HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing more closely match natural rubber latex tubing than a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) or other non-rubber latex tubing products. HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing is a thermoset, like natural rubber; therefore it is not subject to deformation when exposed to heat. Like natural rubber, HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber can be custom compounded to varying hardness for a wide range of uses.

Rubber Cord

Rubber cord is tubing with a solid center and is available in two materials - natural rubber and synthetic rubber.

Rubber Profiles

Hygenic can manufacture extruded custom profiles from almost any elastomeric compound we make.

Q: Is HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing any better in outdoor applications than natural rubber tubing?
Because it is a man made material that was created to mimic the same physical properties as natural rubber, HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing is slightly better in outdoor applications than natural rubber latex but it is still not recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Q: In what sizes is HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing available?
ID range is 0.075”-0.875” and wall thickness range is 0.055”-0.250”.

Q: Is HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing available in colors?

Yes.

Q: What are the typical physical properties of HYSYNAL™ Synthetic Rubber Tubing?
