What is the difference between dipped latex tubing and extruded rubber tubing?
The difference comes from the manufacturing process. Our dipped latex tubing is made using a mandrel that is dipped into liquid latex to achieve the desired size. Our extruded rubber tubing is made from dry natural rubber, processed through an extruder. There are some slight variances in the typical physical properties between the two types of latex tubing. Please contact us or refer to our product specifications sheets for additional information.
