Hygenic’s® latex sheeting has been used by many of the major baking manufacturers for over 30 years. Because of latex’s unique properties, our latex sheeting and film is used during the baking process to help prevent tacky dough from sticking to the cutters.

Our latex sheeting and latex film has been tested by a third party independent testing facility and was found to be safe when used in contact with food.
